English Accent Tutor is temporarily offering two online accent modification options while we undergo this pandemic. The intention of these options is for you to be able to get started, but eventually schedule sessions in-person when it becomes safe to do so.

Semi-Private Online Phonetics Course

The first option is an online phonetics course. You will meet with up to two other students and an instructor twice a week for approximately an hour. You will learn to hear the difference between General American English (GAE) sounds. You will also learn how to pronounce sounds in words with a GAE accent.

No evaluation will be administered for this course.

Online Individual Accent Reduction Coaching

If you prefer to work one-on-one with an instructor, another option that English Accent Tutor is offering is Online Individual Sessions. Instruction and learning objectives will be similar to those of in-person instruction except may take longer due to the altered experience of online instruction. As with in-person instruction, a one-hour evaluation is required.
